You can call me Manish Sharma, the founder of Pixels for Charity and SIMPLYGRAPHIX. What started as a personal creative project, making Rubik’s Cube murals for fun, turned into something much bigger. I introduced this unique form of art to underprivileged children, and it sparked a passion for bringing positive change through creativity. Today, Pixels for Charity is my dream and is driven by the belief that art has the power to transform lives, and I’m committed to making that impact a reality for children in need.
NIMISHA SRIVASTAVA

This is Nimisha, a Psychologist and Project Coordinator at Pixels for Charity. A Project Visionary, believes in “Be the change you want to see in the world.” This quote is my guiding principle, as I believe in the power of positive transformation.
I focus on nurturing creativity, life skills, and moral values in their early developmental years—an investment that shapes their futures. Optimism drives my approach, and I’m deeply committed to empowering children by giving them opportunities to learn, grow, and discover their potential. In my role, I bridge ideas and actions, ensuring every project runs smoothly. I’m also a strong believer in the importance of mental health and well-being.

This is Usha Kumari, Art Programmer at Pixels for Charity, the creative mind behind the vibrant murals designed to bring Rubik’s Cube puzzles to life for children. With a passion for art and spreading joy, I create murals that engage young minds, fostering creativity and problem-solving skills. My work at Pixels for Charity allows me to contribute to a mission that brings smiles to children’s faces and helps them grow in meaningful ways. SHIVANI VERMA
Action Pixel
I’m Shivani Verma, the dynamic Action Pixel at Pixels for Charity. As a designer with organizational skills, I take charge of coordinating and supporting every aspect of our projects, fom managing logistics to ensuring seamless communication.
PURNIMA
Operations Pixel
Purnima is a seasoned development practitioner with over 20 years of cross-functional experience in driving community-led impact. Her professional journey, which began in the development sector, has evolved into a specialized career focused on WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM), Reproductive Health and Behaviour Change Communication (BCC).
She is a recognized expert in capacity building, having designed and led large-scale training interventions for frontline health workers, Technical Support Units (TSUs), and government stakeholders. Purnima has also been instrumental in fostering socio-economic empowerment by cultivating entrepreneurial ecosystems through structured training programs. With a proven track record in ICT4D (Information and Communication Technology for Development), she successfully operationalized mobile-based solutions to enhance government service delivery. Currently, she merges her deep sectoral insights with digital design to create impactful visual narratives.
