Puzzle cube mural made for Chai Sewa
Innovation for Change, a dedicated NGO, has launched a 75-day Chai Sewa initiative during the winter months of November, December, January, and February to bring warmth and nourishment to those in need. This heartfelt initiative serves tea along with nutritious snacks to people from marginalized communities—especially families waiting outside hospitals, rickshaw drivers, street vendors, and daily wage laborers—who struggle for even a single meal. The simple yet powerful act of offering a cup of tea provides not only warmth in the cold but also a moment of calmness and comfort amidst life’s hardships.
More than just a beverage, this Chai Sewa represents kindness, care, and solidarity. The NGO ensures that the tea is accompanied by healthy snacks to provide both warmth and nourishment. For many, this small gesture can make a big difference—a rickshaw driver battling exhaustion, a mother waiting anxiously outside a hospital, or a vendor facing the harsh winter winds—each cup serves as a reminder that they are not alone. Through this initiative, Innovation for Change is not just distributing tea; they are spreading hope, dignity, and human connection—one sip at a time.
