This mural was created on the occasion of Guru Gobind Singh Jayanti, honoring the birth of the 10th Sikh Guru, known for his bravery, wisdom, and deep spiritual leadership. The mural served as a tribute to his role in shaping Sikh identity and inspiring values of equality, sacrifice, and resilience.

Guru Gobind Singh Ji introduced the concept of the Khalsa at the age of just 33. Many of the children involved were fascinated to learn that his entire life was devoted to standing up against injustice. For the kids, this mural was a doorway to Sikhism’s values—many heard about the Guru for the first time.
