One of the most iconic reggae artists is Bob Marley, whose music carried powerful messages of love, resistance, and freedom. An extraordinary fact about Marley is that despite an assassination attempt in 1976, he performed at a peace concert just two days later, saying, “The people who are trying to make this world worse aren’t taking a day off. How can I?” His music continues to inspire millions worldwide.
