Kargil Vijay Diwas is observed on July 26 to commemorate India’s victory in the Kargil War against Pakistan in 1999. This day honors is observed for the bravery and sacrifice of Indian soldiers who fought to secure victory in the challenging Kargil sector. It’s a day to remember the valor of the Indian Army in defending the nation.

To honour Kargil Vijay Diwas, students created a mosaic image of Captain Yogendra Singh Yadav. He was awarded India’s highest military award, the Param Vir Chakra for his bravery during the Kargil War. This was a tribute to his courage and service to the nation.
