Rubik’s cube mosaic made on Naag Panchami
Naag Panchami is a traditional Hindu festival dedicated to the worship of snakes, observed on the fifth day of the lunar month of Shravan. It is believed that offering prayers to snakes on this day protects against misfortune and snakebites. Temples dedicated to serpent deities see special rituals, and people offer milk, flowers, and turmeric to snake idols or live snakes, symbolizing reverence for these creatures that are both feared and respected.
To mark this day, the children created a mural of a majestic snake, capturing its elegance and significance in culture and mythology. The mural serves as a reminder of the delicate balance between humans and nature, respecting creatures that play a crucial role in the ecosystem. Through this artwork, the children also explored the symbolism of snakes—representing power, wisdom, and transformation in various cultures worldwide.
