Manu Bhaker is a young Indian shooting sensation who has made the country proud with her exceptional marksmanship. Indian shooter Manu Bhaker made history at the Paris 2024 Olympics by winning the bronze medal in the women’s 10m air pistol event, becoming the first Indian woman to secure an Olympic shooting medal.Specializing in 10m air pistol and 25m sports pistol events, she became the youngest Indian shooter to win a gold medal at the ISSF World Cup in 2018 at just 16 years old. Her fearless approach and precision have earned her multiple gold medals at the Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, and Youth Olympics.
She initially trained in several sports, including boxing, martial arts, and skating, before choosing shooting. Her determination, focus, and ability to perform under pressure make her one of India’s most promising Olympic hopefuls.
