Rubik’s cube mural of Shri Ram
Vijaya Dashami, also known as Dussehra, is the celebration of victory, righteousness, and new beginnings. It marks Lord Ram’s defeat of Ravana, symbolizing the triumph of truth over arrogance, and Goddess Durga’s victory over Mahishasura, representing the end of darkness and evil. Across India, Ravana’s effigies burn, and Durga Maa’s idols are immersed, reminding us that evil, no matter how powerful, is always destined to fall before truth and justice.
But this victory is not just a story of the past—it is a lesson for the present. In a world where deception and selfishness often thrive, it may seem difficult to always walk the path of righteousness. While survival sometimes demands the cleverness of Krishna, we can still strive to be like Ram—honest, just, and noble. Even if we can’t be perfect, let’s at least try to uphold truth, kindness, and integrity in our lives. Because real victory is not in defeating others, but in conquering our own weaknesses.
